11 quality control // services Our technology lab is equipped with a wide range of testing facilities which we use for research, development and continuous quality inspections. There we can carry out inspections and testing procedures according to customer requirements, DIN standards (EN 12527 – 12533, etc.) or run load-limit testing. We also have various inspection equipment for testing wheel brakes, directional locks and static durability. This also gives us the ability to accurately measure and test our products‘ characte- ristics: including pivot bearing play, roll resistance, electrical conductivity, as well as radial and axial run. Standard-compliant testing intervals or customized test cycles may be used at our dynamic test bench. Test runs are carried out at speeds up to 25 km/h and with loads up to 5,000 kg. We use state-of-the-art measuring equipment and customized software for taking three-di- mensional force measurements (X, Y, and Z directions). This modern equipment also enables us to fully document and record (e.g. using a thermal imaging camera) the testing interval process. We know how important quality is for you.
